Cynthia de Witt Wijnen begeleidt vrijwel uitsluitend internationale vastgoedpartijen in transacties van hotels, kantoren, winkel- en distributiecentra. Zij is steevast betrokken bij de grootste transacties op de Nederlandse markt zoals bij de aankoop van het hoofdkantoor van Booking.com (t.w.v. EUR 566 miljoen), de Terrace Tower (t.w.v. EUR 180 miljoen), de aankoop van een logistieke vastgoed portefeuille voor Hansainvest (t.w.v. EUR 245+ miljoen) en de aankoop van een high-end 5 sterren hotel in Amsterdam (t.w.v. EUR 260 miljoen).

Voordat Cynthia in 2019 NewGround Law mede oprichtte, was zij partner bij Baker McKenzie, alwaar zij elf jaar werkzaam was. Ook is zij verbonden geweest aan de Verenigde Naties in New York. Haar carrière startte zij In 1993 bij De Brauw. Cynthia is in 2015 door de rechtbank in Amsterdam beëdigd tot toegevoegd notaris. In augustus 2020 werd Cynthia beëdigd tot notaris.
