Molsbergen Development (MD) and Focus on Impact (FOI), together with a consortium of investors including CCAP, have acquired the iconic office building The Book in Amsterdam-Sloterdijk. The selling party is a fund managed by REAL IS and advised by Savills. The Central Government Real Estate Agency leases the approximately 40,000 m² building, which is occupied by the Tax and Customs Administration, FIOD, and Customs.
