Deka Immobilien sells Herengracht 531-537 in Amsterdam
After 22 years of ownership, Deka Immobilien has successfully sold its prime office investment ‘Herengracht 531-537′ in the historic Amsterdam canal belt. Built in the 17th century and adorned with an Art Nouveau façade by J.P.H. de Man in 1904, it boasts a rich history.
