Janneke Berendsen is a lawyer within the civil real estate practice. She litigates and advises on (commercial) real estate, construction law and tenancy law. She also deals with the purchase and sale of real estate. Janneke has experience in assessing and drafting, among other things, purchase agreements, rental agreements, contracting and cooperation agreements. She assists both domestic and foreign clients.
Janneke has been working at NewGround Law since 2019. Before that, she worked as a lawyer for an international firm and a niche firm.
