Anne Marie has more than 25 years’ experience in managing assets and commercial real estate transactions. She worked on and was responsible for the commercial aspects of a large number of lease transactions and sales as well as for the project management of redevelopment, renovation and repositioning projects for local and non-Dutch institutional investors.
She brings practical expertise to the drawing up or review of leases and in executing a vendor or buyer process thanks to her detailed knowledge of the intricacies of commercial agreements and their implications in SPAs, and in particular in leases, with specific attention to the commercial implications of service charges, indexation and fitting-out and maintenance clauses therein.
