NewGround Law advised PingProperties on the sale of America Tower, a multi-tenant office building located at Wilhelminakanaal Zuid 110 in Oosterhout, to Benkey Real Estate Fund. The transaction was completed on 1 October 2026.
America Tower comprises approximately 6,040 sqm of lettable floor area across multiple floors and offers 162 on-site parking spaces. The building has an A++ energy rating and is located in Hoevestein office park, directly adjacent to the A27 motorway and the Wilhelmina Canal, near Breda and Tilburg.
PingProperties acquired the property in 2014 and has since significantly improved its sustainability performance and increased occupancy to over 80%. The building accommodates a diversified tenant base, including PharmaPartners, Routz, Fidero and KPN. A long-term lease agreement with Dycore was recently concluded, commencing on 1 January 2027.
