NewGround Law advises Holland Immo Group on the acquisition of Residential Complex FiftyOne in Arnhem

NewGround Law advised Holland Immo Group on the acquisition of FiftyOne, a residential complex located at Groningensingel 51 in Arnhem, from Eres. The transaction was announced in April 2026.

FiftyOne comprises 201 rental apartments and studios, with a total floor area of approximately 8,985 sqm, primarily targeting young professionals. The complex was completed in 2022 following the redevelopment of a former office building into residential accommodation.

The property consists of studios and one-bedroom apartments ranging from 40 to 81 sqm, each featuring private outdoor space. Located in the Kronenburg district of Arnhem, close to the Kronenburg shopping centre, the complex offers various shared amenities, including a fitness centre, private cinema and communal garden. The apartments have energy ratings ranging from A to A++.

The acquisition aligns with Holland Immo Group’s investment strategy, which focuses on residential real estate and other specialised asset classes. For Eres, the disposal forms part of its Dutch portfolio strategy, aimed at optimising its holdings and facilitating an orderly divestment.

Cynthia de Witt Wijnen and the transaction team of NewGround Law acted as legal advisor to Holland Immo Group on the acquisition. The seller was advised by CBRE as financial and real estate advisor, Rubens Capital Partners as investment manager and Loyens & Loeff as legal advisor.

This transaction demonstrates NewGround Law’s expertise in advising on residential real estate investments and supporting clients in the successful acquisition of high-quality residential assets.
