Deka acquires the iconic Terrace Tower in Amsterdam.
Deka Immobilien Investment GmbH recently acquired the iconic Terrace Tower in Amsterdam. The office tower is located at the Amsterdam South Axis and comprises approximately 16,500 m2 of office space with an underground parking garage.
Shield Capital initiated this off-market transaction and commercially advised Deka during the acquisition process. The investment volume amounts to approximately EUR180 million. The prestigious and sustainable building (BREEAM Excellent) was designed by the Danish BIG, Bjarke Ingels Group, on behalf of the seller C2 Vastgoed. Suit Supply is one of the tenants of the Terrace Tower and will establish its head office here.
