“Many organisations may be unaware as yet, but everywhere in the world there is a call for more diversity. What we do is bring that world to our workplace. We aim to show the real estate sector in an appealing and creative way how good it is to have a diversity of people,” says partner Anne-Marie Klijn about Diva.
She is one of the initiators and the director of the Diva Foundation, which seeks to focus attention on diversity at national and international fairs, starting with young women in particular. “We want to show how exciting it is to work in this sector, by focusing on young women, for example, and the contribution they can make to it.”
