Tobias Stammers graduated in the summer of 2024 with an 8.5 for his master’s thesis. Tobias conducted research into the property law position of offshore wind farms and made a comparison with German law. He came to the conclusion that there should be a register for immovable properties without a cadastral designation. A current issue and something that the legislature will have to consider in the near future. Tobias combined the final phase of his studies with a traineeship at NewGround Law, continued his career as a legal assistant, and was sworn in as an attorney-at-law by the Amsterdam District Court in December 2024.
