Laurens Dik is a tax lawyer and has a focus on (real estate) investment funds, real estate investments as well as cross-boarder transactions. He mainly advises investment funds on the tax aspects of reorganisations, mergers & acquisitions and real estate investments.
Before joining NewGround Law, Laurens worked as a tax lawyer at Loyens & Loeff since 2018. Laurens graduated in Tax Law at the University of Amsterdam and is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers (NOB).
