Hundreds of construction projects are affected by the Council of State’s recent nitrogen ruling.

The permits for all these projects are now being reviewed by countless local authorities across the country. The projects affected are those located nearby a Natura 2000 site. On 19 September 2019, we gave a presentation during a business meeting organised by ‘Vastgoedjournaal’ in which we set out a range of step-by-step plans for various situations.
