Berend obtained a master’s degree in Public International Law from the University of Amsterdam (UvA) and is pursuing a second master’s degree in International and European Relations at Linköping University in Sweden. After an internship with the Public and International Affairs team of the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets, Berend returns as a working student after previously completing an internship at NewGround Law.
