Homeira mainly focuses on general administrative (procedural) law, supervision and enforcement, spatial planning law and environmental law. She assists commercial parties and project developers as well as (semi-) governments with advice and procedures.
In January 2020, Homeira obtained her master’s degree in Constitutional and Administrative Law at Leiden University. During her studies she did an internship at NautaDutilh and Kneppelhout. She also worked as a volunteer at the Rechtswinkel Rotterdam.
Homeira was sworn in as a lawyer on August 28, 2020 and started her career at Van Veen Advocaten in Gelderland, where she worked as a lawyer for 2.5 years. In December 2022, Homeira joined NewGround Law.
Homeira is a member of the Dutch Association of Administrative Law (VAR).
