Christiaan Oudemans is an experienced tax lawyer with a strong track record in cross-border tax matters. He advises investment funds, multinational corporations, and clients active in financial services and real estate. His expertise lies in international fund structuring, group restructurings, real estate planning, property transactions, financing, and transfer pricing. Christiaan provides strategic advice to investment funds, multinational companies, and businesses operating in the financial and real estate industries.
Since 2020, NewGround Law has successfully collaborated with Christiaan in the field of taxation. In December 2024, Christiaan joined NewGround Law as a tax partner, further strengthening the integration of legal and tax services.
Christiaan graduated in both Tax Law and Tax Economics (cum laude) from the University of Amsterdam. He also earned an LL.M. in International Taxation from New York University. Christiaan is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers (NOB).
